11 – Hancock Park Estate

When it comes to houses, the Osbourne family does it best and Ozzy is not shy when it comes to the world of property development and investing.

Their current living abode, which has just been announced for sale at $18 million dollars is a fantastic 11,565 square foot, 6 bedroom, 9 bathroom Mediterranean style mansion.

Located in the exclusive Hancock Park Estate, it almost set a record for the sale price in the area and the main reason for the sale you ask? Ozzy and crew are set to make a huge return to UK living.

Built in 1929, the home is covered in oak trees, features a large grassy lawn and has both a detached garage and self-contained guest or staff apartment

A hand-carved front door leads into the double-height foyer that features a grand wooden staircase and golden chandelier.

The home includes a living room with fireplace, family room with a pastel pink couch and wood-paneled library.

The family room opens up to the kitchen and breakfast room and most of the property is covered in hardwood floors.

The home is covered in chandeliers, even in the bathrooms while entertainment features include an elevator that services all floors and a subterranean all-red home theatre.

Four powder rooms make getting ready for a big night all that more easier and the back garden features a swimming pool with an inset spa.

They also own two side-by-side apartments in L.A.’s Sierra Towers skyscraper, a base for filming in the future perhaps?

Bedrooms feature four poster beds, the entrance features a winding black wooden staircase and massive double doors lead into each room.

Outside you will find the usual entertaining amenities including swimming pool, relaxation area and outdoor kitchen.

The property sold again in 2013 for around $11 million dollars to an unknown buyer.

9 – Buckinghamshire Mansion

Already under expansion in expectation of their return later this year or next, Ozzy and Sharon have already applied for a “rehabilitation wing” extension to his country estate in Buckinghamshire.

After Ozzy revealed he had Parkinson’s disease in 2020, the extension is set to feature discrete grab rails and aids, ramps, soft non-slip surfaces as well as a dedicated nurse’s flat.

Chosen by Sharon for its location, Welders House is far away from any pubs and was built between 1898 and 1899.

Massive upgrades were undertaken upon purchase including an alternative driveway, a tennis court and gymnasium.

The house is reportedly haunted and Ozzy has stated that it makes him feel uncomfortable, gives him cold chills and just makes him feel uneasy.

The gardens of the home featured in the 2017 book The Secret Gardeners by Victoria Summerly.

8 – NFT Collection

Just when you thought we had run out of houses to cover, no there is more to come but more recently another type of property has been eyed up by Ozzy Osbourne.

The world of crypto is a minefield but it would appear that Ozzy has been given a map, with his considerable NFT collection selling for over $50 million dollars.

Styled on a series of bats, designed around his famous on-stage exploits, Ozzy also purchased a Bored Ape yacht Club NFT #9939, reportedly spending $359,000 dollars.

He went on a small spending spree after passing, purchasing a fleet of supercars including a $175,000 dollar Audi R8.

With an acceleration of 0-62 mph between 3.1 to 3.2 seconds, the car has a top speed of between 203.2 to 205.1 mph.

The car, and all other cars were later sold by Sharon or given to family members after she punished him for an accident in another car and feared he would hurt himself if he kept driving.

5 – Beverly Hills TV Mansion

Purchased in 1999 for $6.3 million dollars, this 10,000 square feet mansion became by far, the most famous property they have ever owned.

Another car, purchased by Ozzy after passing his driving test, this car was probably one of the last to be given away.

The 458 is a work of art and aerodynamic efficiency, featuring a 4.5L naturally aspirated V8 engine that produces a stunning 562 hp.

Officially unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, the car was later succeeded by the 488 GTB, with Ozzy later forced to give the car to his son Jack.

Featuring a 6-litre W12 engine, the car weighs around 2320 kg and can reach a maximum speed of 204 mph.

Air conditioning and stereo system feature inside with the seats made of luxurious leather, its hard to see why Sharon probably gave up this car, but Ozzy probably would have driven it, if it was not sold as it was one of his favourite cars.
