15 – Double Florida Mansions – Don King

Once considered to be one of the most controversial people in Boxing, Don King’s mansion complex in Lantana, Florida was so big that it actually had two addresses.

Purchased in 1999 for approximately $14.2m and then later sold in 2011 for over $20 million dollars, it was one of the highest priced beachfront sales at the time in the state.

The extremely ornate foyer was covered in marble, featured a grand chandelier and water views from the front and back of the property.

The home has its own private tennis court, large gourmet kitchen with central island, two outdoor swimming pools, large lounge and combined they covered 24,000 square feet.

The dining room in the house could seat over 20 people and the estate even features a smaller replica of the Statue of Liberty.

His second pair of cars, a Bugatti Gran Sport Vitesse and Grand Sport are worth over $6.5 million dollars and one features a top speed of 408.84 km/h.

Its thought he may own a number of other Veyron types, and all of his Veyron’s are either black or white, a style he has adopted for keeping different cars on either the east or west coast of the USA.

Known more for his savvy business dealings out of the ring, George Foreman has a large home with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms with nearly 12,000 square feet of space.

Located in the in the Huffman, Texas area where there are less rules and regulations on property projects.

Featuring a tennis court, basketball court, and waterfalls, he also owns the entire land area around the cul-de-sac he lives on.
