10 — Kingston Mansion

Located behind high yellow and white walls and an imposing wrought iron gate sits Usain Bolts Kingston Home, and one of the first he ever purchased

Bolt is known for his privacy away from the public eye and no known photo’s of the interior of the home currently exist.

The home, located in the city of Kingston, has an undisclosed number of bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen and relaxation area with pool outside.

9 — Ferrari 458 Italia

Usain Bolt has a large and very expensive car collection, and you can see this with our first car, the Ferrari 458 Italia, coming in with a price tag of $407,234 dollars.

Bolts Italia features a 4.5L Naturally Aspirated V8 that helps the car hit its top speed of 202 mph, a 0–60 time of 3.1 seconds and a 0–100 kph speed of just 3.3 seconds.

Officially unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Italia features direct fuel injection and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox by Getrag.

The car’s suspension has double wishbones at the front and a multi-link setup at the rear and the front grille features deformable winglets that lower at high speeds, in order to offer reduced drag.

Bolts Italia also features E-Diff and F1-Trac traction control systems, designed to improve the car’s cornering and acceleration by 32%.


8 — Rum Cay Island Home

Described as one of the most magnificent Islands in the Caribbean, Bolt purchased his Rum Cay Island home after shattering one of his world records.

His large home features a garden with hammocks that look out over the ocean and joins fellow US olympian Carl Lewis owning some of the most sought after property in the world.

Located in the Paradise Is Mine development of the island, Bolts home was purchased for an undisclosed price and was sold by Turnberry

International Realty, a company based in Miami, Florida.
While not much information is known about Bolts Estate on the island, other properties in the area selling for close to $750,000 dollars.


7 — Restaurant Chains

Usain Bolt owns his own restaurant, named Tracks and Records that also doubles as a music and sports bar with a Jamaican-infused menu.

The restaurant features multiple bar and lounge areas and a 10-foot-wide screen, which of course shows many of Bolt’s races and other live sporting events.

Bolt has several restaurants in Jamaica at Kingston and Montego Bay with another restaurant opening in London in 2018, the latter later closing due to the 2020 pandemic.

Bolts menu’s feature classic Jamaican food including chicken wings and a variety of burgers with other food including pepper shrimp and pasta primavera.


6 — Ferrari F430 Spyder

Another Ferrari in the collection of Usain Bolt is the Ferrari F430 Spider, The Convertible version of the F430 that was unveiled at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show.

Designed with several aerodynamic simulation programs used for Formula 1 cars, Bolt has access to the cars 4.3 Litre F136 E V8 engine and a top speed of 315 km/h.

There is a 6-speed ‘F1’ automated manual transmission and the 0–60 time for the car comes in at 3.6 seconds while bolts wallet was hit with a $141,912 deduction upon purchase.

The brakes on the F430 were developed in close cooperation with Brembo and Bosch, resulting in a new cast-iron alloy for the discs.

Fitted with a Ferrari’s manettino steering wheel-mounted control knob, Usain Bolt can change the cars electronic Stability Control system at the touch of a button, sending it through five different settings.

Bolt also runs on exclusive Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 EMT tires, with their V-shaped tread design, run-flat capability, and OneTRED technology.


5 — BMW M3 Sports Edition

One car that has gotten the best of even Usain Bolt on speed is the Sports Edition of the BMW M3 which comes with a top speed of 248 km/h.

With a 0–60 mph acceleration speed of 6.2 seconds, it has been reported that Usain Bolt has crashed this car on several occasions.

Produced between 1990 and 2018, the car is ever popular today and features a twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre straight-six petrol engine.

Coming with a 6-speed SMG automatic transmission, the car also comes with quite an incredible price tag of close to $300,000 dollars.


4 — Special Edition GOLD Nissan GTR

The first of two Nissan GTR’s owned by Usain Bolt, his Nissan GT-R 45th Anniversary Limited Edition version of the car comes in Champagne Gold and comes with a premium black interior.

The car costs roughly $100,000 dollars depending on what optional extra’s you choose and features a special plaque to commemorate the anniversary with another under the hood for the model number.

Many features included in this version are the same from the original car including a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 engine, six-speed dual-clutch gearbox and four-wheel drive system.

0–62mph takes just 2.7 seconds thanks to launch control, and the car features a top speed of 196mph and other features for Bolt, including sat-nav, Bluetooth, a colour reversing camera, cruise control, heated seats and keyless entry.


3 — Australian Penthouse Apartment

Described as one of his largest purchases, Usain Bolt moved to Australia in 2018 to try and establish a new football career while purchaseing this amazing home on the Central Coast.

Thought to have been purchased for $1.9 Million Australian Dollars, much more is known about this home and it features five bedrooms, four bathrooms and is located in the exclusive Araluen apartment building.

Just one hour north of Sydney in the suburb of Point Frederick, Bolts home nicknamed The Sky House, covers 1089 square metres and was designed with entertaining in mind.

Outdoor features of the home include a grassy lawn, a covered deck area and a private heated outdoor spa.

Inside Bolt’s kitchen is equipped with Caesar stone bench tops and Miele appliances, a three car garage sits outside and the home has private floor lift access.


2–2013 Nissan GTR

Usain Bolt also owns an Original 2013 Nissan GTR as well as his gold limited edition we mentioned previously.

Costing Bolt another $50,000 dollars, this car features a 3.8 litre V6 engine with automatic transmission and has both power assisted steering and traction control.

Bolt also has access to the cars steering wheel mounted controls, BOSE audio sound system and Multi-Functional Dash Screen that’s powered by a triple computer system.

0–60 mph can be achieved in 2.6 seconds and the car has a top speed of 196 mph.


1 — Range Rover Autobiography

The final car in the crazy collection of Usain Bolt is his Range Rover Autobiography, costing the sprinter around $131,000 dollars.

The car has some luxurious features including a Meridian Sound System, Perforated Semi-Aniline heated leather seats and Automatic Four-zone Climate Control.

Bolts version of the car has 21″ 7 Split-Spoke ‘Style 7001’ Silver finished alloy wheels, Pixel LED headlights and its own Configurable Ambient Interior Lighting.

Featuring a 5 Litre supercharged V8 Engine, Bolts Autobiography has a top speed of between 129.9 to 155.3 mph and can hit 60mph in just 6.3 seconds.
