10 – Beverly Hills Mansion
Purchased for $47.5 million dollars and then another $45 million dollars for internal and exterior renovations, this massive home is situated in Beverly Hills
Its thought $20 million dollars was spent on landscaping alone and the mansion features a large gated driveway with plenty of parking spaces for cars.
Known as the Jack Warner Estate, it features expansive terraces and gardens, two guesthouses, nursery and three hothouses, tennis court, swimming pool, nine-hole golf course and motor court complete with its own service garage and gas pumps.
The Main mansion features a two story entrance hall, large living room with George Ill-style cut-glass chandelier, private library, sun-room and numerous bedrooms and bathrooms.
The home sits on 9.2 acres of pristine gardens and has seen the likes of celebrity guests including Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, Paul Newman and Doris Day.
9 – Gulf-stream G650
The Gulf-stream G650 is a twin-engine business jet that can carry between 11 and 18 passengers.
The plane has a top speed of 982 km/h and can travel non-stop for around 12,960 kilometres while costing the owner a cool $65 Million Dollars.
The plane has become known as one of the worlds best and features room for eight passengers and 4 crew members.
The cabin is completely luxurious with custom leather seating with built-in footrests, large televisions and all the electronics can be controlled from a smartphone or iPad.
There is even a personal staff room so crew can feel comfortable while not serving the needs of passengers.
8 – Malibu Home
Located on Carbon Beach, Malibu this house has been marred in controversy mainly due to access of its private beach.
David Geffen sold the oceanfront estate a few years ago with an asking price of $100 million, however it features a couple of guesthouses and a separate pavilion that houses a screening room.
Outside there are beautiful lawns, a lily pond, a beachfront swimming pool and spa, and a variety of shaded verandas that include an outdoor living room with fireplace.
Geffen also owns a second Carbon home beach that he purchased for a price thought to total $9.8 Million in 2008.
7 – Pelorus Yacht
Purchased from Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich’s ex-wife Irina Abramovich for $300 million, this makes David Geffen the exclusive owner of two of the top 20 largest yachts in the world.
Custom built by Lurssen Yards in 2003, this yacht was handed over to Irina Abramovich in 2009 as part of her divorce settlement.
The yacht features luxurious amenities like a spa pool, a swimming pool, two helicopter pads and a spacious owner’s suite with a private deck and 180-degree view.
The yacht also features helipads, new zero speed stabilizers, extra wave runners and jet skies for some added fun.
The yacht is powered by 2 engines generating 5500 horsepower, is maintained by a crew of around 45 and can travel on a top speed of 20 knots for around 6600 nautical miles in one trip.
6 – East Hampton’s Home
Located in the exclusive East Hampton’s, area and sitting on 2 acres, David Geffen is thought to have paid around $70 million dollars for this home located on Tony Lily Pond Lane.
Details surrounding the inside of the property are scarce, however on you outside you wil find a red brick terrace with beach-side swimming pool, broad lawns edged by high hedges and flowering gardens.
There is also a slightly sunken tennis court, a kidney-shaped lily pond, and a secondary three-bedroom guest house.

5 – Art Collection
The art collection of David Geffen is thought to be on of the most expensive in the world, or was until he sold a large amount of art works in 2016.
He sold his De Kooning’s 1955 oil painting, that changed hands for $300 million dollar sand his Jackson Pollock 1948 painting, Number 17A, for around $200 million dollars.
In 2013, Geffen was reported to have the most valuable private art collection in the world that was valued at $1.1 Billion Dollars.
According to the chief curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, Paul Schimmel: “There’s no collection that has a better representation of post-war American art than David Geffen’s.
4 – New York Penthouse
Thought to have cost the billionaire $54 million dollars, this amazing penthouse sits on 785 Fifth Avenue directly next to central park.
The penthouse occupies 2 floors of the building currently boasts 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, three kitchens, a wood paneled library with wet bar and staff quarters.
The master bedroom suite comes equipped with a movie projector, a fireplace, and his-hers bathroom suites, while other amenities in the home include a recording studio, an exercise room with sauna, hair saloon, and a private roof-top garden.

3 – Asylum Records
Asylum Records is an American major record label, founded in 1971 by David Geffen and partner Elliot Roberts.
It is currently geared primarily towards hip-hop, along with rock and alternative metal and is owned by Warner Music Group, with songs currently distributed through the Alternative Distribution Alliance.
Asylum’s early releases were distributed by Atlantic Records and included songs from Bob Dylan, The Eagles and folk-based singer/songwriter Tom Waits.
Asylum was taken over by Warner Communications in 1973 with both David Geffen and Elliot Roberts each receiving $2 million in cash and $5 million in Warner Communications stock.
2 – Rising Sun Yacht
At the time of its purchase by David Geffen the Rising Sun Yacht was the 6th largest in the world at 453 feet.
The mega-yacht was built by Lurssen Yards in 2004 for a reported price of $250 million dollars.
The luxury yacht offers multiple recreational facilities to its owner and guests which include a , a spa, sauna, gymnasium, wine cellar, private cinema and a basketball court that doubles into a helipad.
The yacht has other features including a top-deck swimming pool and sumptuous guest suites that offer unrivaled luxury.
Its been reported that should the owner or guests need to make a quick exit, the boat even has space for a personal submarine.
With a total of 8000 sq ft of available space, the yacht provides 82 rooms on 5 stories which can easily accommodate 45 crew members and up to 16 guests.
Its thought the rising Sun has a yearly maintenance fee of around $13 million dollars
1 – Geffen Records
Geffen Records was started in 1980 when Geffen struck a deal with Warner Bros. Records to create the company with Warner providing 100 percent of the funding for the label’s operations.
Geffen Records’ first artist was disco superstar Donna Summer, whose gold-selling album The Wanderer became the label’s first release in 1980.
Next came Double Fantasy by John Lennon and Yoko Ono with the song only sitting in the charts for 2 weeks before selling millions after Lennon was murdered in New York City, thus giving the company first number-one album and single.
Later in the 1980’s Geffen would find success with stars such as Kylie Minogue, Enya, Elton John, Cher and, towards the end of the decade, rock legends Guns N’ Roses.
Today, the company’s parent group, Universal Music Group is thought to have an annual revenue of around $6.8 billion dollars.
