10. Rongo Home

Thought to have cost the singer $800,000 dollars or 80 Million KSH in her respective currency, this large home was built in Rongo and features many bedrooms and bathrooms and a large kitchen.

There is a large garden outside and this features a swimming pool, manicured lawns and chill-out area.

The compound is well lit and features well-constructed pathways for a walk around the mansion which has been described as a retirement home for the singer.

The house is also said to feature an indoor Jacuzzi, parking for up to 13 cars and a basement area which is, so far, a private area with no pictures available.

9. Ferrari 458

One of the more recent additions to her collection, Akothee is thought to have landed herself a brand new red Ferrari 458.

The singer was pictured with the car in several locations and it is expected she will be using the car in some of her up-coming music videos in the near future.

Akothee’s new car is powered by a 4.5L V8 engine that produces 562 horsepower and cost the singer somewhere in the region of $230,000 dollars or 25 Million Kenyan Shillings with the car being one of the most expensive in North America.

The car can go from 0-60km/h in around 3 seconds, has a top speed of 320 km/h and has a curb weight of ‎1,565 kg.

8. Akothee Zurich Home

This four bedroom house is thought to be located somewhere close to the Swiss capital of Zurich and has also been described as Akothee’s Palace in Europe.

The price of this house is thought to be in the region of 100 Million Kenyan Shillings or just under $1 Million dollars.

While no pictures of this house exist, its thought to have 4 bathrooms, a large swimming pool outside and a large balcony area.

7. 2016 AMG SL 63 Convertible Roadster

Another pricey car in the collection of Akothee, the 2016 AMG SL 63 Convertible Roadster is thought to have cost the star around 15 Million Kenyan Shillings or $150,000 dollars.

The car has a 0-60 speed of 4.1 seconds, a top speed of 155mph and is powered by a twin-turbo 5.5-litre V8, 449bhp engine.

This is another one of the cars that has featured in several of Akothee’s music videos.

6. Mombasa Home

This huge mansion, described as a fortress is located on the beach front is thought to have cost the star around 100 Million Kenyan Shilling’s or $1 Million Dollars.

The house is thought to feature 16 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms with a large driveway and garden area that features a swimming pool and BBQ terrace.

The decorations inside are described as lavish with freshly clean bed sheets and Akothee even having access to a personal chef.

Its thought this was Akothee’s current home until she moved into her newer and larger home in Rongo.

5. Range Rover Evoque

Akothee owns a large Range Rover Evoque, which is another addition to her large car collection thought to be valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The Range Rover in her collection is thought to have cost the star around $50,000 dollars and features a 2 Litre engine.

The Evoque has a top speed of between 113.1 to 143.5 mph and a 0-60 speed of around 6.9 seconds.

Its thought Akothee added many optional upgrades when she purchased the vehicle.

4. Akothee Nairobi Home

Another home owned By the Kenyan star, this house is where she often throws many lavish parties for her friends and family.

The home is large, is painted white on the outside and features several balconies which can be seen in some of the photos.

The home features large rooms including several bathrooms, bedrooms, an office and a large chef’s kitchen.

Outside there are the usual features of large rolling gardens, private garage and driveway along with a large swimming pool for the family to relax in during the hot summer months.

3. Luxury Speed Boat

It is true that Akothee owns a medium sized speed boat which she was seen pictured driving on her Instagram account.

While we have very little information as to the make and model of the boat, you can clearly see that this model has cost a pretty penny in speedboat terms.

The boat has sunbathing spots on both the front and the back, and has a very flash control panel with a large steering wheel and almost 1960’s dials.

Its understood from several sources that the boat cost several million, however we are not sure if this is in Dollars or Kenyan Shillings!

2. Nyanza Home

The singer is thought to own or have previously owned a large home in the Nyanza area, with her visiting the home on regular occasions.

1. Akothee North Coast Apartment

Located in the fantastically named Rich Mans Reserve, this beach front home is thought to be worth around 120 Million Kenyan Shillings, or close to $1.2 Million dollars.

The exact location of the home has never been revealed for reasons of Privacy, as the singer is so popular in the country.

The home is thought to have numerous bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and work areas with the outside featuring the as standard swimming pool and relaxation areas.

Most of Akothee’s homes feature a Jacuzzi either inside or outside and this home is no exception.

Some of the houses in this location are thought to be the biggest in Kenya, with movie stars and politicians the main residents and the community of course features high security and gates.
