10. Tarzana Smart House

Kitted out with some of the best and most expensive technology in the game, Chris Brown’s Tarzana smart house is located in Los Angeles.

The home is thought to have cost Brown $4.3 million dollars, and is thought to be surrounded by 7 foot high walls and as many as 16 security cameras.

The house features a three-car garage and 10-car motor court that easily supports his growing fleet of expensive super cars.

There is six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, living, family and dining rooms – and a mysterious “bonus room” along with a foyer that crosses 2 floors.

The home is surrounded by green gardens and features a large swimming pool outside with the whole home covering 8,300 square feet of living space.


9. Bulletproof SUV

When your worth $30 million dollars, you need some protection to keep yourself safe when you are on the road and Chris Browns Bullet Proof SUV does just that.

The Rezvani Tank is thought to have cost the hip-hop star around $350,000 dollars with the ride able to withstand multiple rounds from an automatic weapon.

Several customization have been added to the vehicle and these include smoke screens, thermal night vision, electric door handles to shock any approaching intruders, and easily deployed defensive spike strips.

The whole rig is thought to be street legal and is currently being used by the star for his and his family’s protection.


8. Hollywood Hills Mansion

Sitting in one of the most affluent areas in California, Chris Browns Hollywood Hills mansion is both elegant and pristine.

The home appears to be made of concrete, and has several levels with featured Graffiti on the outside until authorities told him to cover it up.

There is a red elevator that leads down from the sun deck to the main house and the outside swimming pool has a relaxation area right next to it.

The home also features a large living room, home office, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom along with a second bathroom on an upper level.

Other celebrities who live in the area include Ben Affleck, Christina Aguilera, Kevin Costner and Victoria’s Secret Supermodel Gisele Bundchen.


7. Chevy Impala

Costing around $37,000 dollars for a base LS model, Chris Brown’s Chevrolet Impala has an amazing top speed of around 130 miles per hour.

The car has a 0-60 speed time of 6.1 seconds and has some interesting technology built in, including leather seats, a My-Link radio with 8-inch touchscreen, key-less access with push-button start and a rear backup camera.

There is remote vehicle starting and the upgraded version of the car has navigation assist, a Bose audio system and wireless cell phone charging.

The car has a powerful V6 engine on-board, 20 inch wheels, heated front seats and with regards to safety, rear cross-traffic alert, forward-collision warning, lane-departure warning and a blind spot monitoring system.

Taking a quick look at Impala facts, In 2012, a Cat’s-eye Impala sold for $110,000 in a no-reserve, all-American auction.


6. Gulfstream IV

Flying commercial is pretty much a thing of the past for super rich multi-millionaire celebrities like Chris Brown as these stars prefer private air travel in luxury style.

Take Chris Brown’s super fast and super luxurious Gulfstream IV jet that features not only a price tag of $36 million dollars, but also touts a re-designed wing structure.

The general seating capacity of this aircraft is between 14 and 19 passengers while reaching top speeds of between 850–903 km/h.

The jet can fly at 45,000 feet and features two Rolls-Royce Tay 611-8 engines that give it the power to cover a range of 4,220 nautical miles.

For you aviation fans out there the Gulfstream IV became the first business jet to have an entire glass cockpit and the first Gulfstream IV made its maiden flight on September 19, 1985.

The upgraded version of the GIV is the G450 which has a price tag of $41 million dollars and has upgrades such as having its fuselage 12 inches longer and the main entry door relocated aft.


5. ‘Jet Figher’ Lamborghini

Known for his impressive collection of cars, Chris Brown decided to make his Lamborghini Aventador stand out from the crown by having it wrapped in the colors of the United States Air Force, albeit before it was destroyed.

The car, which had been seen in and around Los Angeles on several occasions, was found wrecked in Beverly Hills and is thought to have cost the star around $500,000 dollars.

He is understood to not have been driving the car, which has a top speed of 217.5 mph and a 0-60 speed of 2.9 sec seconds, at the time.

It is unclear if he has decided to replace the car although it has been rumored that he had his eyes on the upgraded model the Aventador S.


4. Agoura Hills Home

The last of Chris Brown’s homes on our list but by far the least, this massive mansion is located in Agoura Hills, California.

The home sits on a secure gated estate that is home to the likes of environmental activist Erin Brockovich, actor Kirk Cameron and ice hockey player Chelsey Goldberg.

The home is famed for having a break-in where a naked woman reportedly cooked dinner in the stars kitchen before being arrested and charged.

The home is massive and features six-bedrooms and ten-bathrooms along with enough parking space for more than 75 cars.

There is also a tennis court, salt-water pool, billiard room and an ice-cream bar to cool down those friends he has over during the summer months.

One of the most expensive homes in the area is currently listed at close to $3 million dollars giving you some idea of the wealth needed for living in such an affluent area.


3. New Range Rover

Featuring gold plated Savini wheels, this ride is thought to have cost Chris Brown somewhere in the region of $173,000 dollars.

The car features a supercharged V8 engine, a 0-60 time of just 6.5 seconds and a top speed of around 155 miles per hour.

Brown is know for the heavy customization of his cars, however with his Range Rover he opted for the simple upgrades of 24″ Savini gold brushed wheels and blacked out windows all over.

The interior features Leather upholstery and wood trim throughout and the rear seats get as much as 7.3 inches in extra legroom on previous models.

His built-in high beam assist feature lets him take full advantage of the headlights that are fitted with 24 LED’s and there is also a 29 speaker audio system on the inside.

The car has rear television screens, a large heads up display in the front and safety features include Reverse Traffic Monitor, Clear Exit Monitor and Driver Condition Monitor.


2. Diamond Rolex Watch

Thought to have cost the star around $22,000 dollars, this watch was recently featured in several news articles after it was returned to the star by a fan when he lost it on-stage.

The gold diamond-encrusted Rolex is thought to be the Rolex Sky Dweller which has been upgraded with a large amount of diamonds on the face-plate and the strap.

Brown later rewarded the fan with both a private meet and greet and tickets to his live show in Cincinnati.

Browns Rolex pales in comparison to that of Paul Newman’s Rolex Daytona, which fetched a colossal price at auction of $17.8 million, breaking the record for the most expensive watch ever sold at auction.


1. Bugatti Veyron

By far, the most expensive car currently in the collection of Chris Brown, his Bugatti Veyron is said to have set him back around $2.3 million dollars.

The car was the fastest road legal car produced when he purchased it and features a top speed of 408.84 km/h.

So fast is the car, that it requires a separate key to take it to the next level and once inserted, the whole car hunkers down and the spoiler retracts giving it a sleek look and lets air flow past more easily.

The car features ‎an 8.0 Litre quad-turbocharged W16 engine, a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission and can go from 0-60 in 2.46 seconds.

The original Veyron was designed and developed in Germany by the Volkswagen Group and manufactured in Molsheim, France and was named after the racing driver Pierre Veyron.

The Super Sport version of the Veyron is recognized by Guinness World Records as the fastest street-legal production car in the world, with a top speed of 431.072 km/h.

A Limited Edition Bugatti Veyron by Mansory Vivere is thought to be one of the worlds most expensive with a price tag of $3.4 million dollars however…

It is not the most expensive Bugatti sold at auction however, that prize goes to the 1932 Bugatti Type 55 Roadster which fetched a record price tag of $10,400,000 dollars in 2016.
