15 – Taj Bangalore

This luxury hotel offers some of the best metropolitan hospitality in the region and is located in what can only be described as India’s silicon valley.

Ratan Tata owns the hotel that features 154 luxury rooms and includes 13 amazing suites with the hotel featuring a host of unique dining experiences and state-of-the-art conferencing and banqueting facilities.

The hotel is part of the Taj group, which was incorporated into the Tata Group and is minutes away from Kempegowda international airport.

There is 24,000 square feet of conference space, full gymnasium and 24-hour dining with all guests receiving a complimentary drink on arrival.


14 – Colaba Home

Located on the seafront, this all-white Colaba luxury home is the property of Ratan Tata who plans to move into the house once he retires.

The house features three large floors that are divided into seven levels and features an infinity pool at the top of the building.

The 13,350 square feet of living space also features a large living room, study and kitchen with the second floor mainly occupied by bedrooms and bathrooms.

The house also features a large terrace that can easily support fifty people, large personal gym and media room.

Below ground there is a servants quarters and parking for 10-12 cars in the private personal garage.

13 – Taj Mahal Hotel

Standing in the heart of New Delhi, this massive hotel, owned by Ratan Tata, features 294 rooms along with 27 suites and every room has an amazing view.

Dining options include a lively 24-hour cafe, a fantastic Chinese restaurant and several other dining experiences that include The world-famous Grill Room.

The hotel’s spa offers holistic therapies and a combination of western and oriental spa treatment.

Other facilities in this Ratan Tata hotel include a fitness center, bars, lounges, boutiques and even a hair salon.


12 – Jaguar XFR

It has been dubbed as one of Jaguar’s most powerful saloon cars and the XFR, with its 503BHP, 5-litre supercharged V8 engine, can certainly dominate the road.

The car, can go from 0-60 in 4.7 seconds and can hit 100mph, just a few seconds later.

It is thought Ratan Tata made some custom improvement’s to the car including expensive alloy wheels and custom seating, however the price paid for this is a closely guarded secret.

Located just 6.3 kilometers from Gandhi International Airport, this large conference hotel features rooms with flat-screen TV’s, Internet access, mini-bars and tea and coffee making facilities.

Several optional upgraded extra’s are thought to have been purchased by Ratan Tata and the car can cost anywhere from £154,000.
