10 — Beverly Hills Mansion

Purchased in 2008 for roughly $8 Million dollars, many of Simon Cowell’s fans will recognise this property from the X-Factor Judges house episodes where he listens to contestants sing.

The house literally looked completely different when he bought it and he tore the whole place down to build what you see today.

The 11,550 square foot mansion includes 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, state of the art gym, luxury spa complete with wet steam room, custom made media room and a marble bar area with seating for 20 people.

There is an outdoor lap pool that has a retractable cabana roof with wet bar and changing rooms, with a putting green at the rear of the property.

The home is surrounded by Palm Trees and Simon’s neighbors include Tom Cruise, Madonna, Sharon Osborne and the Beckhams.


9 — Bentley Azure T

One car that’s not often featured on our lists is the Bentley Azure T, however Music Mogul Simon Cowell owns a black one.

The car features a 1100W audio system that includes a large display audio head unit with SD card memory slot, 10 speakers and iPod, USB and 3.5mm aux interface.

The twin turbocharged engine can co from 0–60 in 5.1 seconds and has a top speed of 179mph.

The Azure T was unveiled at the LA auto show in 2009 and also features a pressure monitoring system, five spoke, two piece alloy wheels and an electronic stability program.

If you’re looking to purchase a Bentley Azure T for yourself then expect to pay around $55,000 to $65,000 in today’s money.


8 — Master Grande Tradition Men’s Watch

It’s one of the world’s most expensive watches and Simon Cowell’s Jaeger Lecoultre Master Grande Tradition costs an insane $457,200 dollars.

The watch features an 18 carat white gold case with black leather strap and a fixed diamond set bezel.

There’s a diamond pave dial with silver-tone hands and the watch is water resistant up to 50 meters.

Several variations of the watch do exist and the watch itself has a power reserve feature of around 48 hours.


7 — Rolls Royce Phantom

Its said to be Simon Cowell’s favourite car, with him describing it on a popular TV show as the perfect drive.

The Rolls Royce Phantom can go from 0–60 in 5.8 seconds and its thought Simon Cowell commissioned the car to be unique.

The Phantom features a magical star-filled night sky with 800 individual fibre optic lights hand-fitted into the roof lining.

While not a car you would expect to see Simon Cowell driving, the 1932 Ford V8 Mode B features a Flathead V8 engine and was the first low-priced mass marketed car and an important milestone for the automotive industry in America.

This car came with black fenders, wire wheels, and a rear mounted spare wheel with optional extras including twin side mounts, luggage rack, clock, in and outside mirrors and a choice of leather or broadcloth interiors.

Today you can expect to pay tens of thousands for a working original however back in 1932, the car cost around $500, still a hefty price for those times.


5 — Slipstream Yacht

Currently one of the most stylish yachts on the water, slipstream is a multi award-winning boat.

The interior of the yacht features both Australian and Canadian artwork, red and cream colouring with spectacular entertainment and living areas.

The stairwell is carved from black fossil marble and the boat features an air conditioned gym, sky lounge and bridge deck with circular alfresco dining area.

The yacht can be chartered out for a rather astronomical price of $176,000 for 4 days or $308,000 for 8 days.

4 — Bugatti Veyron

There is no surprise with someone who has a car hobby like Simon that you would see him driving the fastest production car in the world.

The Bugatti Veyron has a top speed of 408.84 km/h and can go from 0–60 in just 2.4 seconds, features wheels that cost $2000 a set, aluminium door handles, carbon fibre seats and a dashboard made from both titanium and carbon fibre.

The reversing camera display is located within the rear-view mirror and its been revealed that when you buy a Veyron, other customisation’s and equipment are basically limitless.

While the car has now been sold, Cowell was seen making an entrance in the car at The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills and he talked about driving it on several TV shows.

It’s thought that Simon Cowell only drove the car twice and has given it up for his preferred ride, the $300,000 Rolls Royce.


3 — Gulfstream V

Simon Cowell is known to fly backwards and forwards from London to LA during the X-Factor shows and to accomplish this he uses the Gulfstream 5, a $40 Million dollar private jet.

This plane flies almost to the speed of sound and has a range of around 6,500 nautical miles.

The insides are equipped with full Wi-Fi access, leather seats, dining area, bedroom and toilet.

Another feature on-board is the ability to smoke in-flight and this is another reason why Simon chooses to fly private.


2 — Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder

Simon owns one of Lamborghini’s best selling models, the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder. The car features a v-10 engine and was produced between 2006 and 2013.

The car can accelerate from 0–100kmh in 3.4 seconds with a top speed of around 325 kmh, features a retractable roof and a custom interior.

The inferior features stitched leather and was unveiled at the 2006 Los Angeles Auto show with the company considering the car to be a completely new model to the 2005 coupe.


1 — Holland Park Home

Another property Simon Cowell purchased in 2005 for around $8 Million dollars and it features six enormous sofas in the living room, 10 seat dining room and a large grand Piano.

The house features a large master bedroom, of which no picture currently exist and a large en-suite bathroom just along the corridor from the dressing room.

The whole property is spread over 3 floors and its thought Simon uses the property whenever he is working in the capital with him often being seen talking to photographers as he leaves for work.

It’s also the property that was the subject of a robbery while Simon was sleeping during a trip to film x-factor in London, the robbery was mentioned during the show.
