The 42 acre neo-georgian style estate is located in Montecito, California and was reported to have cost the star around $52 million dollars.
After extensive renovations to the property, Its thought this price has now skyrocketed to a whopping $88 million dollars.
The home features six bedrooms fourteen bathrooms, ten fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, two private theatres, massive wine cellar, tennis court, large barn, large barn, ponds, an orchar and even a man made lake.
Sitting on the grounds outside is a large swimming pool and a tea house, with neighbors such as Ellen Degeneres, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, novelist Sue Grafton and tennis legend Jimmy Connors.

Described as the perfect 21st century farmhouse, this home was once considered for demolition.

Its not currently known how much Oprah Winfrey paid for the home, but today, it would sell for a lot more than it was purchased for.
Oprah also purchased an aditional 63 acres of land near Mavis Hamoa Beach several years later.

Oprah never lived at the property and its understood that she rented the home out to several people for around $15,000 dollars per month.

Located on the 36th floor of the luxurious place 57 residential tower, Oprah Winfrey is selling or has already sold this amazing property for close to $8 million dollars.

Oprah Winfrey once sold a large part of her art collection and it was the first time the world got a glimpse of her decrotive art and furniture collection.
Over 500 English, French and continental furniture, decrotive arts, paintings, prints, drawings, crystal, silver and other memorabilia went on sale.
Several major paintings went on sale including one by House Pushman titled The Little Mother for $35,000 to $40,000 and Richard Edward Miller’s The Red Scarf for $80,000 to $120,000.
In one of the biggest private art deals of 2016, she sold a painting by Australian artist Gustav Klimt for $150 million dollars to an un-named Chinese buyer.
