With a current estimated net worth of $220 Million dollars, comes an insane property portfolio.

One of the biggest names in music during the last decade, Adele topped the 2012 Sunday Times Rich List of young British musicians following the success of her second album.


8 — West Sussex Home

Featuring 10 bedrooms and a master bedroom called the principal suite, this massive estate lso has a three bedroom cottage attached to the property.

Scenic views overlook the gorgeous land surrounding the house and Adele has access to her very own Gym, tennis court and large games room.

The home, surrounded by 84.7 acres of land, has access to multiple swimming pools and was purchased back in 2012 when her career began to sky rocket.

The main home is crazy with 20,000 square feet of space, five reception rooms, two studies and its own helicopter pad.

The 1930s-era ballroom has been converted into a modern kitchen and features a Jacobean-style carved staircase that leads up to the vast array of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Adele renovated the property in 2018 and has made several attempts to sell it in the past, with the latest price tag set at a cool $7.25 million pounds.


7 — Brighton Beach House

Now sold, Adele purchased this property for £2.5million in 2012 with celebrity residents on its beach including David Walliams and well-known DJ, Fatboy Slim

Listing as ninth on Forbes rich list and signing a record deal for £99 million dollars back in 2016, Adele made roughly $350,000 pounds on the property after its sale.

Located in Brighton in East Sussex, the property has a private beach with balconies, terraces and panoramic views of the coastline.

Other features of this amazing home include a large open-plan reception rooms and four bedrooms with a two-storey atrium, a walk-in wardrobe, dressing room and a plush kitchen area.

Known as millionaires row homes come with wooden decking, luxurious bathrooms and each is spread across two storeys.


6- London Apartment

Located in the billionaire enclave of Kensington and purchased for £5.65 million pounds, Adele used here billionaire mindset to also purchase the house next door for £5.38 million pounds.

She intended to combine the two properties into one house and ended up buying her mother, Penny, a home nearby for £600,000 pounds.

After abandoning plans to combine the two properties due to a planning application expiring she moved to the United States to further her career.

Her London homes feature three-bedrooms, 24-hour concierge team, climate-controlled wine store, basement parking, an energy centre and landscaped gardens.

The building also has access to a number of private facilities enjoyed by the residents including a spa with swimming pool, sauna, gym and treatment rooms.


5 — East Grinstead Manor House

Bursting with character and thought to date back to the 16th century, this large Victorian style manor is surrounded by endless stretches of private land and very few photos of the outside currently exist.

Located in a beautiful rural spot in East Grinstead, West Sussex, Adele purchased this home for £4 million pounds.

The house sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty while bordering the picturesque Bluebell Steam Railway.

Featuring a double-height living room, Adele’s former home has traditional period features including original open fireplaces, original beams, brickwork and exposed timber.

The estate includes three additional cottages, rolling meadows and two victorian greenhouses, however after her divorce from Simon Konecki, Adele sold the home for £3 million pounds.


4 — Malibu Holiday Home

When the bustling big cities become too much, Adele retreats to this amazing holiday home located on the sunny shores of Malibu which she purchased for £3.8 million pounds.

Said to have fallen in love with the home at first sight, the hacienda-style house features an infinity pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean.

Set within a secure, gated community, the 3,770 square-foot mansion is just a stones throw away from the beach and her neighbours include Pierce Brosnan, Barbra Streisand and Pamela Anderson.

Adele is thought to have planned much of her third album while living at the home which features a circular bar, two car garage and is surrounded by palm trees.

Its thought that her busy schedule and continuous travelling were the reason for her selling this amazing home and she received £3.5 million pounds on closing, slightly less than she paid originally.


3 — The Stallone Mansion

With celebrity neighbors including Justin Bieber and Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone purchased this home in the early 1990’s.

After Sly upped and moved to the Florida coast, Adele aquired the property in an Escrow style payment for $58 million dollars.

Featuring formal living and dining rooms, a family room with a piano and pool table and large outdoor swimming pool, its a far cry from the singers former home in Malibu.

The home has its own screening room that sits alongside a state-of-the-art gym, cigar room with its very own air-filtration system and a stunning custom bar.

The home is one of the largest in the Beverly Park enclave and has a massive kitchen and home office while being spread over 21,000 square feet.

White walls, marble surfaces and double doors run throughout the home and most of the bedrooms have private balcony’s and en-suite bathrooms.

Over three-and-a-half acres of gardens also sit on the property with a guest house designed by famed architect Richard Landry that has two bedrooms, games room and joint living-dining rooms.

2 — New York City Penthouse

When you have homes in Los Angeles and London, a must have is a property in the Big Apple, and Adele did not go cheap, renting a $20,000 dollar a week Penthouse that previously belonged too basketball star Deron Williams.

Currently on sale for $28 million dollars, this massive six bedroom, seven bathroom property features some spectacular views of the city.

One of the nicest parts of this home is the outdoor dining area that is surrounded by LED lights, and its walk in wardrobes that are bigger than some New York City Houses.

The kitchen features its own wet-bar and the property also has its own media room, climate-controlled wine room and, 2000 square feet of interior space.


1 — Beverly Hills Mega Mansion Estate

With the West-Coast clearly Adele’s favourite place to live, one home in Beverly Hills was simply not enough.

The 15-time Grammy-winning artist has purchased a combined $30 million dollar property empire in the exclusive gated enclave of Hidden Hills.

Her first home, purchased in 2016 for $9.5 million, is located on Hidden Valley Road spans 6,597 square feet, features a grand staircase that leads to a library and has its own large swimming pool and spa.

Designed by Scott Mitchell, it has two formal living rooms with room for a grand piano, formal dining room, large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and expansive family room.

Outdoor amenities include a treehouse, an outdoor train set, a dog run and its own gazebo.

Her second home, snapped up three years later in 2019 was designed by by Edwin Fields and sits on more than 40,000 square feet of lush grounds.

The home has been described as an art collectors paradise with an abundance of natural light and 6,045 square feet in the main home and a price tag of close to $10 million dollars.

Features of this property include a spacious sunken living room with direct patio access, 2000-book library and a solar-heated swimming pool with plenty of lawn space for entertaining.

Its reported that her ex-husband currently resides in the home

Her final purchase sits on Lime Orchard Road and was purchased in 2021 from Nicole Richie and her husband, Joel Madden.

Paying roughly $10 million for the home, it was built in 1957 and is spread over 5,500 square feet.

The home sits on half-an-acre of land and features a park-like backyard, four bedrooms and four bathrooms and both a large pool and jacuzzi.

The house has also been renovated and expanded since the purchase, but with the area being so private and guarded, details are scarce.


ADELE’S BILLIONAIRE LIFESTYLE

With a multi million dollar bank balance and recognition as one of the world’s wealthiest women, Adele spends her money wisely and has surrounded herself with staff such as her own stylist, personal trainer, assistant and a bodyguard.

Often travelling on a $50 million dollar Gulfstream G650 private jet, the star is a fan of Yellow Diamonds and has a stupendous designer handbag collection worth almost $50,000 dollars.

Adele owns a Gucci houndstooth tote, which costs £2,000 alone and another classic Ophidia design Gucci bag costing £765 with others including Jimmy Choo, Chanel and Louis Vuitton.
